We are not the developer, promoter, builder or owner of this project. This is not the official website of Assetz Property Group. The official project information is published by the developer at assetzproperty.com.

2. RERA registration

The project is registered with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Our own registration as a real estate agent is shown alongside it. Both can be verified at rera.karnataka.gov.in.

3. Information is indicative, not an offer

Figures marked with an asterisk (*) are indicative all-inclusive amounts derived from sample cost sheets issued by the developer and dated 05 February 2026. They vary by tower, floor, facing and unit, and were valid only up to the date stated on those sheets.

• Registration charges and stamp duty are payable separately, at actuals.
• Any new or revised statutory levy, tax or charge is payable in addition.
• Home-loan figures shown by the EMI calculator are illustrative estimates only. They are not a loan offer, do not include processing fees or insurance, and actual terms depend entirely on your lender.

Always obtain a current, unit-specific cost sheet from the developer before making any financial decision.

5. Images

All renders and visuals on this website are the developer's CGI artist's impressions, reproduced from the official project brochure. They are indicative of design intent only. Actual design, colour, finish, construction, landscaping and surroundings may differ. Furniture, styling and props shown do not form part of any offering. Images described in the developer's material as stock imagery represent the type of amenity provided and do not depict the actual implementation at the project.

"Assetz", "Mizumi Reserve", and all associated names, logos, marks and imagery are the property of Assetz Property Group and/or their respective owners. They are used on this website solely to identify the project being marketed under our authorisation as a channel partner. No infringement is intended and no claim of ownership, endorsement or affiliation beyond that authorisation is made or implied.

7. Verify independently

Before booking, paying any amount, or entering into any agreement, you should independently verify all information — including approvals, RERA registration, title, specifications, carpet area, charges, payment schedule and possession timeline — directly with Assetz Property Group and with your own legal and financial advisors.
